What to do to get Site Opening Permit
Not much different from applying for a construction permit, applying for a site opening permit is similar, the difference is that one is to certify the architectural plan and the other is to certify the structural plan. The order is as follows:
1. In order to obtain a structural design plan, the construction owner must sign a contract for structural design with a company or individual who specializes in structural design, and the construction owner must submit the final correct architectural design plan to the company or individual to practice their structural design.
2. After receiving the structural design plan, the construction owner must find a certified company to certify the structural design that has been done or calculated by design company. At this stage, the engineer or the company that design the structural must cooperate with the certified company or Accredited Checker by providing the relevant documents or the file of calculating the structural component by various computer programs to the Accredited Checker to certify.
3. After the certification is completed or modified, the certified company/accredited checker shall issue a certificate to the construction owner to be included with other required documents in requesting the Site Opening Permit.
