Land Development Permit (Prakas 087 On Land Development)

  1. Land development for business purpose must have development permit whether the project is located in anywhere.
  2. Technical condition for land preparation and urban planning
    • At least 25% of total land is for infrastructure (roadway, drainage, utilities…)
    • 5% of total land is for public space and green space (garden, playground…)
    • Public services (school, health center….)
    • Plant at least 1 tree on an area of 100 sq.m
    • Garden 30% of remaining area.
  3.  The applicant for land development permit shall prepared:
    • Land use planning
    • Planning the development plan by determine the action plan and timeline following the period short, medium, and long.
    • Budget planning for the project.
  4. The authority of granting land development permit:
    • > 3 H.a Minister of MLMUPC
    • ≤ 3 H.a Provincial governor of board of governor
    • ≤ 5000 sq.m District governor of board governor
  5. It’s necessary to have land development permit before requesting construction permit.
  6. The duration of land development permit is 2 years from the issued date of this permit and can be extent 1 years, but only one time can be extended.
