Types of licenses issued by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction related to the construction sector in Cambodia

What is the duty of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction in issuing licenses related to the construction sector?

To find out more about the licenses under the competent of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, we would like to describe as follows:

The Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction has the duty to issue licenses for conducting legitimate business as divided into four categories: Designer, Builder, Accredited Checker (AC), and laboratory.

1. Designers include: Architectural Designers, Structural Designers, Construction and other designers.

2. Builders include: Construction Company , construction teams and builders.

3. Accredited Checker: checking and reviewing of designed structure, architect and environment or MEP.

Note: for the license for laboratory doesn't have for now (as of Nov 2022)
